Architect Job in Reigate, Surrey


New Architect job in Reigate, this would suit a newly qualified architect or an experienced part 2 Architectural Assistant. You would be working across residential projects of all scales. The practice works closely with an in-house planning team, as well as private and developer clients, to deliver thoughtful, tailored design solutions.


The practice is known for their expertise in residential architecture, they handle a variety of projects, from bespoke extensions to large-scale residential developments. The small team is currently in a period of expansion due to high demand. Your time would be split between private clients and the companies' own developments.


Role & Responsibilities



  • Reporting to the director

  • Managing projects independently

  • Running residential projects across all stages

  • Working directly with clients

  • Production of design and technical design packages

  • Using AutoCAD on a daily basis

  • Dealing with site-based issues as required.


Required Skills & Experience



  • Experience in UK residential projects is essential

  • Ability to demonstrate working across all RIBA stages

  • Qualified Architect or an experienced Part II would be considered

  • Strong design portfolio

  • Good communication

  • Ability to use AutoCAD is essential

  • You will need to be based no greater than 45 minutes from Reigate.
