Job description
We are currently working with an architectural practice that is an integral part of a Surrey-based residential development group. Due to exciting business expansion, they have an Architect job now available. This role would suit an Architect with experience in running residential projects. This role would offer great career development and benefits such as hybrid working.
The practice is known for their expertise in residential architecture, handling a variety of projects, from bespoke extensions to large-scale residential developments. The small team is currently in a period of expansion, adding planning services to the team. Your time would be split between private clients and the company's own developments.
- Working directly under the director
- Managing projects independently
- Running residential projects across all stages
- Working directly with clients
- Production of design and technical design packages using AutoCAD on a daily basis
- Dealing with site-based issues as required.
- Experience in UK residential projects is essential
- Ability to demonstrate working across all RIBA stages
- Qualified Architect or an experienced Part II would be considered
- Strong design portfolio
- Good communication
- Ability to use AutoCAD is essential
- You will need to be based no greater than 45 minutes from Reigate.
- £30,000 - £40,000
- 25 days holiday
- Hybrid working - 2 days remote (after probation)
- Flexible working hours.
