Salary: £30,000 – £40,000

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward thinking and innovative architectural practice who are taking on a range of high-profile projects within the Northwest. They are on the lookout for a qualified and talented Architect to join their expanding team in their Manchester offices.

To be successful in applying for the role of Architect, the successful individual will need to be ARB registered with good post qualification experience working on projects within the residential or commercial sector. The ideal individual will have up to date working knowledge of UK building regulations, be able to boast design flare and demonstrate proficiency with Revit or AutoCAD.

Skills, experience, and responsibilities for the role of Architect:

• ARB registered
• Good post RIBA part 3 qualification experience within a UK practice
• Proficient with industry standard software such as Revit and AutoCAD
• Good experience managing projects within the residential or commercial sector
• Strong technical detailing and drawing skills
• Good knowledge of UK building regulations and codes
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Live within a commutable distance to the Manchester area
