Job Description

Architect job in Manchester with a salary up to £50,000, bi-annual performance bonus, hybrid working and flexitime. This is a great opportunity to join a Manchester-based, employee-owned architectural practice that prioritises work-life balance and ongoing professional development.

This role will see you take ownership of projects from concept to completion, work closely with clients and contractors, and manage a small team. Revit proficiency is a must, and previous experience in industrial or recladding projects would be beneficial.

Role & Responsibilities

• Run projects from inception through to completion across RIBA stages
• Coordinate internal and external teams, including contractors and consultants
• Produce feasibility, planning, tender, and technical drawing packages
• Attend site to monitor build quality and statutory compliance
• Lead meetings and manage internal resources as required
• Support and mentor junior team members

Required Skills & Experience

• ARB Registered Architect with minimum 3 years post-Part III UK experience
• Proficient in Revit with a working knowledge of BIM workflows
• Strong technical detailing and job-running experience
• Sound understanding of UK Building Regulations and CDM requirements
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to manage your own workload and delegate effectively
