RGH Global are working with a bespoke architects practice that specialises in creating innovative and sustainable property designs and have established a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects for residential and commercial development in the UK.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Part 2 Architect to join their team on a full-time basis. As the successful applicant, you will be working seamlessly with a close-knit team of architects and designers to develop and deliver projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in architectural design, client liaison, and a solid background in using Revit. This role offers an opportunity to develop to Project Architect, be involved in large scale projects while mentoring junior architects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to develop innovative design solutions.
2. Manage the design process, from initial sketches to technical documentation, using Revit.
3. Supervise, mentor, and provide guidance to junior architects and designers.
4. Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
5. Conduct site visits and coordinate with contractors during the construction phase.
6. Maintain and enhance relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
7. Coordinate with other professionals, including engineers, quantity surveyors, and consultants.

Required Qualifications:

1. Must be part 2 qualified minimum.
2. Proficiency in Revit.
3. Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and planning processes.
4. Experience in managing small to mid-scale projects.
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex design concepts to a variety of audiences.
6. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

1. Experience with sustainable design practices and a passion for innovation in architecture.
2. Experience in managing BIM (Building Information Modeling) workflows.
3. Knowledge of other design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
