Architect - Project Runner

Location: Cardiff

Salary: Up to £55,000

Aztrum is delighted to be working with a reputable Architectural practice, based in Cardiff. As my client looks to expand, they are excited to bring expertise to new projects and partnerships within the Residential, Commercial, Education, and Healthcare sectors.

Key Responsibilities for this Architect role:
  1. Lead the conceptualization and design of innovative architectural projects, ensuring alignment with client needs, aesthetic goals, and functional requirements.
  2. Oversee projects from initial brief through to completion, including site visits, managing timelines, and ensuring projects stay within budget.
  3. Work closely with internal teams, including designers, engineers, and project managers, to ensure seamless communication and project coordination.
  4. Present design concepts, provide updates, and address feedback from clients to ensure their vision is fully realized.
  5. Utilize advanced design tools and software (Revit) to create detailed 3D models and architectural drawings.
  6. Incorporate sustainable building practices into designs, ensuring environmentally responsible solutions in all projects.
Qualifications for this Architect role:
  1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field.
  2. Licensed Architect.
  3. 3+ years of experience in architectural design and project management.
  4. Proficiency in Revit.
  5. Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.
