Architect job in Cambridge, joining a well-established employee-owned practice. This role offers the chance to work on a diverse range of projects, including higher education, mixed-use, residential, and commercial schemes. They will also consider experienced Part II Architectural Assistants for this vacancy.

With over five decades of experience, this award-winning practice operates across two offices and is known for its collaborative and client-focused approach. The Cambridge office is home to a team of 40 talented professionals, delivering projects across multiple sectors and stages.

Role & Responsibilities

1. Managing projects and the project resources
2. Production of design and technical drawings packages
3. Using Revit daily
4. Working with the team in a collaborative manner
5. Reporting to senior/associate members of staff
6. Meeting with clients/stakeholders/contractors when needed
7. Attending site visits when required.

Required Skills & Experience

1. ARB registered or in practice experience as a Part II Architectural Assistant
2. Demonstrable experience working across all RIBA stages
3. Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is essential to this role
4. Previous experience working on education, residential, and mixed-use projects
5. Experience working collaboratively with a team to achieve deadlines
6. Good understanding of the UK building regulations
7. Experience communicating with stakeholders, clients, and contractors.
