Are you an experienced Architect looking for your next career move? A well-established and highly regarded architectural consultancy is seeking a talented Architect with 3+ years of post-qualification experience to join their dynamic team in Bicester.


Working across a diverse range of sectors, including healthcare, commercial, and residential, this role offers the opportunity to be involved in projects across multiple RIBA stages, allowing you to expand your expertise and develop your career within a supportive and collaborative environment.


The role:
  1. Lead and manage architectural projects from concept to completion
  2. Work across various RIBA stages, ensuring high-quality design and technical delivery
  3. Prepare design proposals, technical drawings, and specifications
  4. Ensure projects comply with UK building regulations and planning policies
  5. Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to deliver successful outcomes
  6. Utilise Revit to develop detailed design and technical drawings
  7. Oversee and coordinate project teams, ensuring efficiency and quality control

The Ideal Candidate:
  1. Relevant ARB / RIBA qualification
  2. UK Based experience
  3. 3+ years of post-qualification experience
  4. Strong project experience across different RIBA stages
  5. Excellent knowledge of UK building regulations
  6. Proficiency in Revit
  7. A proactive and detail-oriented approach to design and project delivery
