Arable Operator job Required - Essex

We are seeking a motivated full-time operator to join our team in South Essex.

We are a diverse agribusiness covering 4000 acres of combinable crops in South Essex.

Operating modern Fendt tractors and a range of implements.

Candidates need to have knowledge of GPS and modern farming systems.

Must be able to work as part of a team and on their own when required.

Workshop skills are an advantage.

Duties to include but are not limited to:

1. Operating a Fendt MT943 for cultivations
2. Drilling with a Vaderstad Rapid
3. Spraying with a Fendt 828 and trailed Rogator
4. Loading grain and straw lorries
5. General farm work and maintenance to machinery

1 Bedroom Annexe is available on the farm.
