Job description

A vacancy has arisen for a full-time Sprayer/Combine Operator and General Farm Worker to join a large, fun team on a beautiful estate in West Berkshire.

The Estate covers 2,200 hectares and hosts a mix of arable, cattle, sheep, and poultry enterprises.

Responsibilities:
  1. Spraying and liquid fertilizer applications across 850ha of combinable crops using a Fendt Rogator.
  2. Harvesting of all crops using a New Holland CR9.90 with Macdon Header.
  3. Relief drilling and cultivations, hedge cutting/topping, and machinery maintenance.
  4. Assisting with cattle, sheep, and poultry enterprises when required, and general farm work.

An exceptional remuneration package can be offered to the right candidate, including accommodation, a competitive salary, pension, and private healthcare.

Requirements:
  1. Candidates must hold a full, clean UK driving license.
  2. Be a flexible team player with a can-do attitude.
  3. Hold PA1 and PA2 qualifications (along with spraying and harvesting experience).

The start date can be flexible depending on the candidate's circumstances, but would ideally be from early/mid May.
