The Job:
An opportunity has arisen for an Arable Farm Manager to join a well-established farming business in Hampshire. The role involves overseeing the daily operations of a mixed farm, including budgeting, financial planning, capital and input purchasing, and grain trading. The farm has also diversified into projects such as Christmas tree growing, with the position remaining hands-on, including tasks like combine driving at harvest and autumn drilling. The Farm Manager will manage farm operations, including financial planning and resource procurement, while also overseeing grain trading. The Candidate:

1. Proven experience in a similar farm management role
2. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
3. Strong commitment to health & safety

5. Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure
6. Some livestock experience would be an advantage but is not essential.
