The Job:
An opportunity has arisen for an Arable Farm Manager to join a well-established farming business in Hampshire. The role involves overseeing the daily operations of a mixed farm, including budgeting, financial planning, capital and input purchasing, and grain trading. The farm has also diversified into projects such as Christmas tree growing, with the position remaining hands-on, including tasks like combine driving at harvest and autumn drilling. This long-term opportunity offers a stable career within a well-resourced business featuring modern equipment, excellent storage facilities, and future growth plans.

The Farm Manager will manage farm operations, including financial planning and resource procurement, while also overseeing grain trading. The role involves direct involvement in seasonal tasks like harvest and drilling, alongside supporting the farm’s diversification projects. The Candidate:

  6. Some livestock experience would be an advantage but is not essential.
