We are looking to recruit 3 x permanent Approved Mental Health Professionals to our Mental Health Adult Social Care team. The team provides a comprehensive health and social care service to residents. Our Mental Health Team operates under the Care Act and works alongside NHS colleagues to meet the needs of our residents, managers of this service are responsible for line management and support of social care staff only.
Here at Cheshire West, we have just awarded our AMHPs with an AMHP supplement of £3000 per year as an interim arrangement until March 2025 which is paid on top of their salary on a pro-rata basis.
