The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Approved Electrician with a background in Testing & Inspection to join our existing team of 9 full time staff. This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical systems, ensuring compliance with industry regulations. The successful candidate will demonstrate expertise in electrical installations within the high end residential and commercial sectors. Preferably, you will also have a keen eye for detail in testing and inspection processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs in high end residential and commercial settings.
2. Conduct thorough testing and inspections to ensure all electrical work meets safety and compliance standards.
3. Diagnose and resolve electrical faults efficiently and effectively.
4. Maintain accurate documentation of completed work and materials used.
5. Work collaboratively with colleagues and clients to ensure project deadlines are met.
6. Report directly to the project manager and provide regular progress updates.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications Required:

1. NVQ Level 3 (Essential)
2. ECS Gold Card (Essential)
3. 18th Edition (Essential)
4. 2391 Testing & Inspection Qualification (Preferred, not essential).
5. Proven experience as an Electrician, particularly in high end residential and commercial environments.
6. Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety regulations, and best practices.
7. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
8. A proactive and professional approach to work, taking pride in delivering high-quality results.
