Job Title: Apprenticeship Trainer/Skills Coach - Level 7 HR Senior People Professional
Location: Remote, Flexible Working
Salary: Up to £37,000 per annum

We are partnering with a national Training Provider who is looking for an experienced Apprenticeship Trainer/Skills Coach to deliver the Level 7 Senior Professional standard to Senior Managers specialising in People Management. This apprenticeship is tailored for professionals in senior HR and people management roles, including:

  1. Head of HR / Learning & Development / Organisational Design
  2. Employee Experience Manager
  3. Head of People Operations
  4. People/Change Manager
  5. Senior HR/L&D/OD Consultant

Key Responsibilities of the HR Apprenticeship Trainer and Skills Coach:
  1. Delivering high-quality training and coaching sessions remotely to senior professionals enrolled in the Level 7 Senior Professional Apprenticeship.
  2. Providing guidance and support to apprentices throughout their learning journey, ensuring they meet all apprenticeship standards and requirements.
  3. Tailoring learning experiences to individual apprentice needs and learning styles.
  4. Monitoring and assessing apprentice progress, providing constructive feedback to facilitate continuous improvement.
Requirements of the HR Apprenticeship Trainer and Skills Coach:
  1. CIPD Level 5 qualification or above.
  2. Vocational competence and extensive experience working in management within Human Resources, People, or Learning and Development.
  3. Proven ability to engage and inspire senior professionals through effective training and coaching.
  4. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage remote delivery effectively.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with diverse groups of learners.
  6. It would be desirable for the candidate to hold a recognised Teachers and Assessors Award, alongside previous experience in delivering Apprenticeship standards in HR and Coaching.
