Wernick Hire is the largest of the Group companies focusing on the hire of portable accommodation and modular buildings to various industries including Construction, Education and Healthcare.

After successful completion, you will become a fully fledged Hire Controller, and from there we offer further progression, the sky really is the limit!

About The Role

Our 12-18 Month Business Administration Level 3 Apprenticeship is the perfect opportunity to kickstart your career and secure a full-time role as a Hire Controller once you successfully complete the programme!

What Will You Do?

1. Settle in, meet the team & learn how the business works!
2. Build confidence, develop customer service skills & handle enquiries.
3. Master IT systems, manage documents & understand business operations.
4. Gain expertise in problem-solving, project management & business improvement.
5. Complete an exciting final project, prove your skills & secure a full-time role as a Hire Controller!

You won't be alone, we will pair you up with one of our experienced Hire Controllers or Senior Hire Controllers, they will be with you every step of your apprenticeship to guide you along with the rest of the depot staff who will be there to answer questions and help you whenever you need it. You will also be given 1 day a week where you complete workshops with your training provider.

1. School leavers finishing in Summer 2025 with at least Grade 4 in Maths & English.
2. Energetic, enthusiastic & ready to learn!
3. No experience required – just a positive attitude and a willingness to work hard, a little confidence will go a long way!
