Join our growing team at HTP Apprenticeship College. Are you ready to inspire the next generation of professionals? At HTP Apprenticeship College, we’re expanding our team to support the growth of our Business, Management, and HR programmes, and we’re looking for someone passionate, motivated, and ready to make a difference.

About the Role:

This is a varied and rewarding position, combining knowledge-based coaching, workplace assessment, and delivering engaging training sessions (both in-person and online). You’ll support apprentices studying programmes at Levels 2–5 in Business, Management, Customer Service, and HR whilst embedding functional skills. You’ll play a vital role in guiding learners through their journey, helping them gain the skills and confidence they need to succeed.

Vacancies are full time permanent positions of 37 hours per week. Part-time positions of a minimum of 4 days / 30 hours would be considered.

What we’re looking for:

  1. Relevant industry experience: Ideally at supervisory or management level, or in HR.
  2. Passion for supporting others: A commitment to helping apprentices thrive in their roles.
  3. Great communication and organisation: You’re confident working independently and building relationships with learners and employers.
  4. Transport: You’ll need access to your own vehicle to visit workplaces.
  5. Maths and English: A good academic level of both Maths and English (minimum GCSE Grade C or 4 or equivalent).
  6. Motivation: You should thrive in a results-driven environment.

Desirable (But Not Essential): Experience or qualifications in assessing, verifying, or teaching would be an advantage. However, if you’re eager to learn and determined to succeed, we’ll provide all the training and support you need to gain these qualifications.

Why Join HTP?

  1. Training and development: Ongoing support to help you excel in your role and grow your career.
  2. Great benefits: Competitive salary and package based on experience and qualifications.
  3. Work-life balance: Flexible working options – choose from full-time (5 days) or part-time (4 days).
  4. Inclusive culture: We welcome applications from all backgrounds and are committed to equality of opportunity.

Hours of Work:

  • Monday to Thursday: 9am–5pm
  • Friday: 9am–4:30pm
