An established industry player is seeking a passionate individual to join their team as a Learning Delivery Trainer. About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and suitably qualified individual to join our friendly team to deliver high-quality apprenticeship programmes and support apprentices enrolled on the Level 3 Probation Service Practitioner standard. You'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality coaching and support, enabling apprentices to achieve their full potential and make valuable contributions within the probation services.
Your responsibilities will include completing Apprentice learning (face to face and remote), assessments, reviews, and completions efficiently, always aiming to meet the highest quality standards and exceed the expectations set by our customers. You'll support every aspect of the learner journey, from preparing for the Gateway to delivering valuable, professional feedback and providing exceptional learning experiences and steadfast guidance to ensure every apprentice successfully achieves their Apprenticeship.
Location: Based on a hybrid working model, you will have the ability to work remotely with travel to customer sites for delivery, as needed.
