JOB DESCRIPTION

As an apprentice you will develop your skills and gain a strong understanding of modern manufacturing processes in one of the following disciplines.

Start your career with us at NOV as an apprentice. We are looking for apprentices that are looking to start a career as a CNC Machinist, QC Inspector or Welder/Fabricator.

Main duties/Responsibilities:

  1. Learn the skills required from highly experienced and motivated mentor.
  2. Attend college as required.
  3. Complete all log books and assessments in a timely manner.
  4. Report any environmental or health and safety issues that arise.
  5. Assist colleagues as required.
  6. Ensure personal compliance with all HSE legislation and company policies.
  7. Follow all 5S and LEAN principles with respect to a manufacturing environment.


What you'll need:

The successful candidate must have a minimum of three National 5 level qualifications at grade C or above, with two of these qualifications in the subjects of English and Maths.
