This role will offer the right person the opportunity to learn and develop new skills alongside gaining a qualification, while also playing a hands-on role within the team driving project and programme progress.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
• Coordinate with the surveying team to ensure project milestones are met.
• Manage budgets and timelines to deliver successful outcomes.
• Receive, record, and monitor progress of project commissions.
• File and manage project documentation.
• Maintain a range of spreadsheets, ensuring they are up to date with the latest information.
• Monitor project milestones and achievement of deadlines.
• Liaise with contractors, making requests for information.
• Act as a key point of contact for project stakeholders.
• Attend weekly meetings with the CDM Advisor to highlight key dates and actions required.
• Support the efficient operation and delivery of all services.
• Support the production and distribution of Building Manuals/Operation & Maintenance Manuals.
• Support with the collation of evidence to support accreditations.
• Provide administrative support to the wider Design Team when required.

• Proficient in using MS 365 applications.
• Strong organisational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team with enthusiasm, commitment, and a positive approach.
• Ability to use a variety of business software and self-develop skills and knowledge which assist the business.
• Work to deadlines and targets where defined.
