To assist in the research, planning and production of high-quality video and podcast content aimed at a variety of audiences across multiple channels, including but not limited to, YouTube, Apple Podcasts, Spotify, the Historic Royal Palaces’ website and digital installations as part of exhibitions at the palaces. The role will support Historic Royal Palaces’ ambition to reach and engage more people nationally and internationally with compelling digital content that tells the history and stories of our six palaces and shares the work the charity does in caring for them.
You will work as a member of the Digital Engagement department in the Public Engagement directorate alongside a dedicated team of digital professionals who produce and manage a broad range of products, projects and content including: the charity’s website, YouTube, podcasts, online courses, Digital Visitor Guide (DVG), virtual tours, apps and partnerships with organisations such as Google Arts & Culture. You will also work in collaboration with departments within Public Engagement and across the wider organisation to create and deliver the content.
