Have you recently completed your GCSEs but don't think college is for you? Or maybe you fancy a change in career or the chance to develop your customer service skills? You will undertake an apprenticeship standard, and we will enroll you onto a training programme with a learning provider.

Would you like to earn as you learn and achieve a level 2 qualification in Customer Service whilst receiving a high level of on-the-job training?

If so, why not consider joining our apprenticeship programme where you will be provided with all the training and support you'll need to get a foot in the door. After 18 months, you will have achieved a recognised Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 qualification and gained a large amount of customer service experience, giving you the chance to step up the career ladder!

Locations available: Basildon, Brighton, Brize Norton, Croydon, Dundee, Edinburgh West, Enfield, Exeter, Glasgow airport, Greenwich, Hull, Luton, Peterborough, and Sunbury.

As an apprentice Customer Service Representative in one of our branches, you will learn to look after our customers face to face and over the phone, keeping on top of administrative duties and assisting with opening and closing rental agreements. Whilst you learn your role, you will be completing your qualifications through written and verbal work. You will have regular meetings with your line manager and tutor to ensure that you are getting the support that you need during the course.

About you

The ideal candidate will be able to present excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.

You will be passionate about delivering great customer service.

You should show good attention to detail.

Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook is preferred.

You have the desire to progress and learn.

  • Maths and English GCSE or equivalent at grade C or above is desirable but not essential.

This role is a 40-hour per week contract, working Monday to Friday, between the hours of 8 am and 5 pm with 1 hour for lunch.

Salary: £12,000 per annum, paid monthly.
