About the Apprenticeship
This role will support the VP of Reward for Reward Executive in achieving identified business outcomes and metrics. It involves maintaining a balance between product maintenance and innovation, aligning changes with continuous improvement and service level requirements.
You will be enrolled as a Level 5 HR People Professional standard which will help you develop your skills and knowledge and can take up to 25 months to complete.
About You
The Associate Reward Business Partner Apprentice will support the design, implementation, and administration of reward programs to ensure competitive and equitable compensation structures. This role will work closely with HR, finance, and business leaders to provide insights and recommendations on salary benchmarking, benefits, and performance-based reward systems. The incumbent will play a key role in data analysis, market research, and ensuring compliance with reward policies. The following are some of the key areas for this role:

This role is aligned to our 80 Strand London office.
We work a 37.5-hour week, with all our team free to flex their day around our core hours, which are Monday to Friday, 10 to 4 GMT/BST. School runs, etc. can be accommodated. Other flexible working patterns can be considered, including part-time working and non-traditional hours. As we regularly work with global teams, particularly in India and the US, there may be the occasional need to accommodate meetings outside of core hours.
For this role, there is a requirement to provide occasional out-of-hours support during business-critical periods.
