Education:
Degree (or equivalent experience) in life sciences or other science-related fields
OR an equivalent engineering degree qualification or demonstrable scientific experience.
Experience:
Experience in a scientific or engineering subject area (e.g., clinical/research laboratories, electronics, biotechnology, medical devices)
Experience providing applications or technical support for clinical laboratory customers is desirable.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Strong technical skills for problem-solving, critical thinking, and effective decision-making
Customer-centric with excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills
Understanding of effective training methodologies and tools
Ability to adapt and improve while delivering at pace
Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
Some travel required.
Full driving licence.
