Applications Engineer

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Applications Engineer to join our market leading company. Here at Dalair Ltd we're going through an exciting period of growth and this role is to further support our UK based clients in the offering of our manufactured bespoke Air Handling Units.

Responsibilities:

1. Contribute to a well-established team with quotation and application management
2. Deliver professional response and solutions to our clients
3. Identify opportunities for product and process improvement
4. Maintain clear records of issues, details, actions and responsibilities to support successful commercial resolutions and maintain client relationships
5. Work closely with our Sales Team to develop enquiries, capturing and consolidating into agreed requirements

Experience:

1. Previous application engineering experience, ideally within a HVAC environment, but we will consider candidates with other industry experience
2. Proven experience in dealing with systems and components to optimise performance
3. Strong knowledge of application engineering principles and practices
4. Excellent problem-solving skills
5. Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external clients

Ability to commute/relocate: Wednesbury
Work Location: In person

Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
