Application Support Engineer, Wimbledon, COR7002

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for an Application Support Engineer, working for a company with a growing reputation in their field. The Application Support Engineer will have experience supporting bespoke applications, strong communication and customer service skills, and ideally some experience in bug fixing. The engineer will be providing support to users of the company’s bespoke application.

The Company

The Application Support Engineer will join a growing software development company. Working in a collaborative, team-centric environment, the Application Support Engineer will be working hybrid remote, with two days per week from their Wimbledon office.

What’s Required?

  1. Previous experience in application support, ideally of bespoke applications
  2. Good people skills, with experience in customer-facing roles is a must
  3. Any knowledge or experience of telephony applications would be a plus
  4. Some technical knowledge or experience in bug fixing would also be beneficial
