JOB TITLE: App Advocacy Engagement Manager
LOCATION(S): London, Belfast, Leeds, Bristol, Manchester, Chester
HOURS: Full-time
SALARY: £57,546 - £75,780
WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time at an office hub.

In this role, you’ll grow and learn in an environment that truly recognises the importance of delivering positive outcomes for customers and re-imagining the future of Consumer Engagement, developing the vision and enabling a bold transformation.
You’ll be part of a team dedicated to leading on our always-on app advocacy strategy, crafting powerful stories, designing fun and impactful events, and delivering creative initiatives that boost app adoption and loyalty.
The team is also responsible for driving engagement within Digital Engagement (DE) and owning the DE comms strategy.
From running dynamic hackathons to uncover innovative ideas to driving a purpose led communication plan, you’ll make the app an integral part of our culture, sparking innovation, excitement, and pride at every turn.
