Job Summary:
As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a key role in maintaining the property’s overall appearance and functionality. Your responsibilities will include routine maintenance, repairs, and ensuring the property complies with safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.
2. Troubleshoot and repair systems and equipment promptly.
3. Maintain cleanliness and safety standards across the property.
4. Address work orders efficiently, ensuring satisfaction.
5. Assist with apartment turnovers, including inspections, painting, and repairs.
6. Collaborate with property management to identify maintenance priorities.
7. Ensure compliance with company policies, local codes, and OSHA standards.

Qualifications:

1. Must be experienced in property maintenance or a related field.
2. Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.
3. Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair maintenance issues effectively.
4. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
5. Ability to lift heavy items and work in various environmental conditions.
6. High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
7. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
