Aon shapes decisions for the better to protect and enrich the lives of people around the world. When you join us, you’ll become empowered to make the same impact, as you explore ways of becoming a more relevant, connected and valued professional.
Commercial Risk
Commercial Risk Solutions offers risk advisory, risk transfer and structured solutions that help organisations and individuals better identify, quantify and manage their risk exposure.
Our Commercial Risk teams are responsible for helping clients protect their business in a world increasingly exposed to new risks, whether that’s extreme weather events or the emergence of AI. Aon aims to provide a tailored approach to risk transfer as well as extensive support with risk management advice and services.
Join our Client Management - Commercial Risk Apprenticeship programme as a valued and permanent employee from day one. Working alongside your colleagues, you will support clients in managing their insurance programmes, including both placement and risk identification. You will have the unique responsibility of supporting well-known brand names, ensuring they have the insurance cover they need, which could include a wide range of insurance from property to cyber.
Your role as a Client Management – Commercial Risk Apprentice
As an apprentice, you will work as a Business Support Specialist, playing a key part in supporting clients and helping the team manage expectations and deliver on time.
You will be supported by colleagues, some of whom have experience with the Aon apprenticeship programme, providing coaching from their experience in the insurance market.
Prepare to make an immediate impact, as our structured training programme will build your knowledge of Aon and commercial insurance, as well as help you achieve industry-recognized professional qualifications.
