Role Summary

As a Senior BAA, you will support the daily operational functions within our Womenswear Accessories team. You will also learn to develop key cross-functional relationships with both internal and external partners in the head office in both the US and the UK.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Ownership over the department critical path.
  • Provide administrative support to the buying team covering all classes issues/queries.
  • Purchase order placement; accurately keying orders for UK market product.
  • PO tracking and management; ensure POs are delivered in a timely manner to support stock flow.
  • Manage intake and liaise with external brands.
  • Maintain all internal systems with accurate information updates.
  • Assist with Monday Trade meeting preparation.
  • Sample management; working with our vendor base to track samples for seasonal press days, passing samples for web photography, general sample organization, arranging for meetings and sign-offs.
  • Presentations and picture packs; preparing these for assortment reviews, quarterly hindsight meetings, monthly store communication, and concession assortment planning. In addition, maintaining ongoing assortment sheets for the Assistant Buyer.
  • Keeping our pictorial system (MTS) up to date.
  • Types and send fit comments, manage fit samples and appointments.
  • Additional ad-hoc tasks.
  • Carrying out comp shopping trips to develop and maintain knowledge of the current marketplace.
  • Opportunity to take on creative areas of ownership once established in role with Assistant Buyer guidance.
  • Contribute creative ideas for the business, research and suggest new brands and trends relevant to the Anthropologie customer.
