Role Summary

Are you an enthusiastic, organised multi-tasker with an eye for detail who enjoys problem solving and creative thinking? We’re looking for a CRM Assistant to join our fast-paced team who is keen to learn and make a difference. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in supporting the CRM team in executing and optimising our customer loyalty and retention strategies for email, app, and SMS across our UK & European markets.

You’ll be part of a vibrant and collaborative team that thrives on delivering exceptional customer experiences while staying agile to meet trading and marketing priorities.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Assist the CRM Executive in coordinating and deploying daily email and app push marketing messages, ensuring deadlines are met and content is of the highest standard.
  • Collaborate with the broader Ecommerce team and work cross-functionally to ensure product, trading, and marketing priorities are aligned for email and push campaigns.
  • Drive customer journey optimisations by executing and championing key initiatives.
  • Brief and update bi-weekly and monthly content and copy refreshes for triggered messages.
  • Support with data reporting and performance analysis on a weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc basis.
  • Assist the CRM team with the execution of projects across various customer journey touchpoints and subscriber growth opportunities.
  • Conduct competitor and industry reviews for email, push, and SMS channels, identifying trends and opportunities.
