Here at Serco, we are looking for an Anglican Chaplain to join the team at our new prison, HMP Fosse Way in Leicester, a Category C prison with a capacity of 1,930 male inmates. At Serco, we are dedicated to rehabilitating offenders and preparing them for successful reintegration into society upon release. We strive to create a safe, supportive environment where both prisoners and staff can thrive. Central to our philosophy is the relationship between our staff and the prisoners in their care. Your work will include sacramental provision for those within the Anglican faith and pastoral care for all who seek it, fostering a sense of hope and renewal.
You’ll engage and connect with your wider faith community to support the resettlement journey of offenders, helping them to build a positive future. At Serco, you’ll have the opportunity to make a lasting impact, using your faith and skills to create an environment where dignity, respect, and rehabilitation thrive.
