IMPACT:

As the Anaplan Intelligence Director - OEG, your primary responsibility as an individual contributor is to act as a trusted advisor in customer and partner engagements on Anaplan Intelligence (PlanIQ, Optimizer, Predictive Insights, Anaplan Coplanner) products with immense focus on customer satisfaction and repeatability while developing best practices and strong collaboration within Anaplan and across the ecosystem.

  • Provide Anaplan Intelligence expertise for customers, partners and customer success teams for successful customer deployments using repeatable solutions
  • Build competence by developing methodology, best practices, blogs, demos, webinars, training, and enablement on Anaplan Intelligence products
  • Ability to design an Anaplan solution while considering the wider technology solution and ecosystem a customer may have
  • Educate and advise customers and partners on Anaplan Intelligence options and best practices
  • Be proactive in learning innovative technologies for both internal and external applications
  • Maintain knowledge of adjunct technologies that support the Anaplan ecosystem including Gurobi and Amazon Forecast
  • Author and share best practices on a continual basis
  • Manage numerous engagements simultaneously
  • Take complex issues and break them down into simple, manageable steps and milestones
  • Enablement of the broader talent ecosystem establishing a strong Anaplan Intelligence competency
  • Collaborate with product management to provide strategic guidance on the future direction of Anaplan Intelligence

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years of hands-on Anaplan experience
  • Deep understanding of Anaplan architecture
  • Expertise with scenario planning and AI-infused planning
  • Experience advising data science teams on best practices
  • Strong client-facing skills and a successful history of engagement management
  • Superb written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
