Your role in the Team's Success

Design and implement data models, pipelines, and analytics solutions to support marketing decision-making at IG.

You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to provide insights that can make significant commercial impact and be the go-to person for all things data and performance.

What you'll do
  1. Develop and maintain data pipelines for marketing data sources
  2. Create and optimise data models for marketing analytics
  3. Implement tracking frameworks and event schemas for marketing campaigns
  4. Build automated reporting systems and dashboards
  5. Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data quality and accessibility
  6. Support marketing teams with custom analytics solutions and ad-hoc analyses
  7. Implement and maintain data documentation and governance standards
  8. Stay current with business intelligence and analytics technologies
What you'll need for this role
  1. Experience in analytics engineering, business intelligence, or similar roles
  2. Strong SQL skills and experience with data modelling
  3. Experience with BI tools and data visualisation platforms (Tableau or Looker)
  4. Knowledge of ETL processes and data pipeline development
  5. Understanding of marketing analytics and attribution models
  6. Experience with version control systems and software development practices
  7. Knowledge of modern data stack technologies
