Analytical Scientist - Pharmaceuticals

Science Solutions are currently working with a Pharmaceutical CRO to recruit an Analytical Scientist for the Chromatography team at the site in West Yorkshire.

As an Analytical Scientist, you will be responsible for conducting high-quality analysis based on customer requirements using a range of analytical characterisation techniques in a strict GMP and GLP regulated environment, developing your method development skills and liaising with clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform analytical testing of Pharmaceutical products using a range of techniques including HPLC, GC-MS, LC-MS, TLC, and Ion Chromatography.
• Where required, develop methods from scratch and optimise existing methods in accordance with ICH guidelines.
• Provide project updates, reports, and presentations to clients and other key stakeholders.

Key Requirements

• Practical experience developing analytical characterisation techniques such as HPLC, GC-MS, and LC-MS is highly desirable.
• GMP/GLP experience is essential.
• Prior experience in a Pharmaceutical CDMO/CMO environment is highly desirable.
