This role requires a strong background in mass spectrometry, method development, and a deep understanding of the unique challenges associated with analysing these complex molecules.
In this role you will
- Develop, optimize, and validate mass spectrometry-based analytical methods for the characterization of novel chemical entities, including small molecules, protacs, oligonucleotides and antibody drug conjugates (ADCs).
- Investigate and implement novel technologies and improvements to methodologies to enhance capabilities.
- Perform routine and non-routine mass spectrometric analyses to support research projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including medicinal chemistry and modality platforms to provide analytical support and contribute to project goals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to mass spectrometry and associated instrumentation and methods. Maintain and calibrate mass spectrometry instruments to ensure accurate and reliable data.
