An established industry player is seeking a dynamic Analyst to join their Primaries Fundraising Team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with top private equity, credit, and real asset funds globally. You will conduct due diligence, advise clients on market strategies, and build valuable relationships with investors. 1.5 - 3 years of experience in Placement Agent or Investment Banking.
Strong skills in relationship management and marketing material production.

Conduct due diligence on funds and advise clients on strategies.
Build and manage relationships with GPs and LPs in the alternative asset space.

We are currently representing a leading Placement Agent that, due to a large number of deals, is looking to expand its team by adding an Analyst to the Primaries Fundraising Team.

Since its inception, the firm has seen tremendous growth and partnered with a number of top PE, Credit, and Real Asset Funds globally.

Responsibilities:

Conduct Due Diligence on Funds
Advise clients on market proposition and strategy for PE, Credit, and Infrastructure GPs
Build and manage GP & LP (Investor) relationships
Produce relevant marketing materials (Pitch books, teasers, IM etc)
Help the sales team in coordinating LP roadshows

Requirements:

18 Months - 3 years of experience at another Placement Agent/Private Funds Group, Investment Bank, Fund (PE, Credit or Real Assets Fund) or in Transactions Services
Experience working with GPs or LPs in the Alternative Asset space
Degree Educated
Excellent written English
Keen interest in PE
