Navigating Responsibilities:
  1. Research and analyse industry and company information
  2. Perform financial analyses, including comparable transaction and public company analysis
  3. Build detailed financial models, incorporating operational and cash flow forecasts
  4. Draft teasers, information memorandums and other marketing documents
  5. Research and develop potential strategic and private equity buyer lists
  6. Manage transaction logistics, including: update documents, administer data rooms, organize calls/meetings, etc.
The ideal candidate:
  1. Minimum of two years of financially focused work experience (investment banking or accounting experience preferred)
  2. Demonstrates an understanding of financial statement analysis, the merger & acquisition process, and company valuation techniques (discounted cash flow analysis, public company multiples, transaction multiples)
  3. Strong analytical, comprehension and problem-solving skills, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills
  4. Dedication to teamwork, demonstrated leadership potential and strong personal integrity
  5. Ability to prioritise tasks, work on multiple assignments and manage rapidly changing assignments in a team environment
  6. Flexibility to travel, as needed
