Analyst, Delivery Speed and Long-term Planning, GTS Field
Global transportation analytical teams are centers of expertise, composed of engineers, analysts, scientists, technical program managers, and developers. We are focused on Amazon's most complex problems, processes, and decisions. We work with fulfillment centers, transportation, software developers, finance, and retail teams across the world, to improve our logistic infrastructure and algorithms. Our overall mission is simple: we want Amazon to be the place where our customers can receive their packages the next day.
You will support the team in defining the overall delivery speed strategy across Europe. The role is an exciting blend of analytical and project management responsibilities, with your time divided equally across the two.
The EU Speed team is part of the EU Global Transportation Services (GTS) organization whose goal is to optimize the EU end-to-end transportation and transfer network for Delivery Estimate Accuracy (DEA), Speed, Cost, and Carbon Intensity, through all phases: design, planning, and execution.
