Job description

Join a consulting firm specialist in commercial behaviour change.

As an Analyst, you will help deliver complex statistical analysis and advanced modelling across a range of techniques – choice modelling, regression, market mix-modelling, max diff, decision hierarchies, experimental design, segmentation, multivariate analysis, preference mapping, hypothesis testing and the like.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and advise on complex research and experimental designs.
  2. Design quantitative research and run advanced models.
  3. Run external relationships with fieldwork suppliers to guide data operations.
  4. Derive and interpret critical insights off statistical models/analysis.
  5. Support the consultants in tying the data into behavioural interventions.
  6. Represent analytics when talking to clients in conjunction with the consulting team.
  7. Make complex theories simple and digestible for clients/consulting teams.
Candidate Requirements:
  1. Strong agency credentials working in a marketing science or advanced analytics role with consumer data.
  2. Confident in a range of statistical analysis and advanced modelling techniques (examples above).
  3. Knowledge of sampling, quotas and weighting, questionnaire design for quality control, preparation of data files, advanced ad hoc data analysis and data visualisation.
  4. Confident communication style to guide internal consultants and clients.
  5. The role requires flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to solve an array of different analysis problems at any given time with different data sets and clients across different categories – healthcare, financial, e-commerce, tech, retail insurance etc.
