About the Role:

Key investment area for this global bank's Regional Controls Agenda, expanding and enhancing the regional Controls & Assurance with several key hires.

In this post you will:

• Lead & Execute AML/STF/ABC & ATE assurance plan across consumer banking UK&I (including Crown Dependencies).
• Own/Lead complex reviews.
• Harmonise the global Monitoring/Assurance program to region, shaping its development and themes.

This position has a high level of senior stakeholder engagement, requiring excellent communication skills and report writing strength.

Ideal experience would extend to:

• Subject matter expertise in POCA/JMLSG.
• Anti Tax Evasion & Anti Bribery gained in retail banking/payments/cards institutions.
