AM Warehouse Supervisor

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an Operations Supervisor.

Position: AM Warehouse Supervisor

Working hours: 40 per week

Shift pattern: 23:30 - 08:30 - Monday - Friday (Tuesday - Saturday)

Salary: £15.86 per hour. Premia paid for hours worked between 7pm - 10pm, and 10pm - 6am. £36,472.80 per annum.

What you will be doing:

1. Supervising a team of operatives and drivers
2. Making sure all team members are motivated and treated fairly and consistently
3. Planning and taking action to achieve service levels targets
4. Educating your team on business goals and service objectives
5. Making sure your team follows safe, secure and operationally compliant working practices during the shift

1. Experience in managing a shift and team in a busy freight processing environment is desirable
2. Ability to manage own and teams time effectively with attention to detail
3. Be energetic and enthusiastic
4. Have a strong customer focus
5. Have good communication skills
