Are you looking for a change? Are you looking to join a Big 4 within a fast and growing team? If you have experience within corporate, business or OMB tax then look no further! I am currently hiring for an Alternative Investment Fund Tax Assistant Manager in London.

The position will sit within the Alternative Investment Funds team and in the larger Financial Services Tax team. This team is built of tax, legal and regulatory specialists all of whom focus on assisting alternative investment fund managers with a range of services across the business. This team is based within the UK however due to the nature of AIF there will be many opportunities for international development in the future.

What you can expect within the role:

Within this position you will work with the team to provide high quality advisory and compliance services to a high-profile portfolio of both UK and multinational clients. You will be covering various strategies including Private Equity, Private Credit, Hedge Funds and Real Estate.

The work you will be undertaking is technically demanding however also creative and will offer the opportunity to work on major corporate transactions, international structuring, technical compliance engagements and a range of day-to-day ad-hoc matters.

The team will also work on non-tax services and you will have the opportunity to work closely with a range of clients as part of the team delivering tax services.

This position will involve you building strong client relationships and you will have the opportunity to work with experienced partners, directors, senior managers and managers across the FS and AIF teams.

Requirements for this role:

I am seeking a professional who is just about to qualify or is newly qualified (tax/legal/accountant) who is ambitious and has excellent interpersonal and operational skills.
