We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Temporary Allocator to join our team on a 6-month Fixed Term Contract (FTC). This role is crucial in supporting our Northern Hub Merchandising team during the implementation of a new system into the business. As a Temporary Allocator, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and efficient allocation processes during this transition period.

What you can expect:

1. Allocating new season product across the Retail Channel
2. Analysing stock and sales position and allocating stock to stores based on demand
3. Working on weekly manual replenishment
4. Suggesting and raising consolidations and other stock transfers
5. Assisting with the production of weekly Merchandise reports, style trackers and capsules
6. Liaising with the Area Managers and stores with reference to stock issues, system problems and delivery information
7. Supporting the senior members of the team in any additional tasks
8. Work alongside other allocators ensuring department tasks are completed in a timely manner

Your profile:

1. Intermediate Excel Skills
2. Excellent communication skills in written and verbal form
3. Strong at prioritising workload and with a flexible attitude to change in priorities
4. Understand and represent the brand values
5. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, with all levels within the company
6. Enthusiastic, self-confident and self-motivated. Shows ambition to drive through initiatives and change to achieve company targets
7. Pays close attention to detail, accuracy and is very analytical
8. Willing to adapt and take on new challenges and driven to continually improve
9. Professionalism is maintained at all times
10. Able to handle multiple demands and competing priorities successfully
11. Work effectively and efficiently with the ability to establish credibility

DESIRABLE:

1. Previous allocator and/or retail experience
2. SAP and BIS knowledge
3. Understanding of online content management & digital merchandising
