Pay Rate: £24.00 per hour Employment Type: Contract (Outside of IR35)
Job Overview: We are seeking experienced Aircraft Mechanics to support our certifying engineers in performing unlicensed base maintenance tasks (mechanical and avionic) on B737NG and potentially A320 aircraft. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment at our Twin Peaks, St Athan facility.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist certifying engineers with mechanical and avionic maintenance tasks.
Conduct unlicensed base maintenance on customer aircraft in line with regulations.
Collaborate closely with the team to ensure maintenance is completed on time and to the highest standard.
Requirements:
Qualifications & Licenses:
UK CAA Part 66 B1/B2 License (with B737 NG type rating).
Logbooks/Recency Letters demonstrating six months of experience in the last two years (B1/B2 only).
Mandatory Training Certificates:
EWIS (Electrical Wiring Interconnection System).
FTS (Fuel Tank Safety).
Human Factors Training.
Additional Documentation:
Valid Passport/ID.
Standard onboarding documents/information.
