Aircraft Mechanic (Line Maintenance) – Prestwick

AES (Aircraft Engineering Services Ltd) are inviting applications for Aircraft Mechanics to be based at Prestwick Airport on a 4N4O rotation, working in cooperation with our client airline Ryanair, Europe's largest airline.

The successful candidates will be self-motivated individuals with existing line maintenance experience, who can work without direct supervision and are able to demonstrate a flexible working attitude in a fast-changing environment. With 600 aircraft, including the introduction of the Boeing 737-8200 “Gamechanger” and a growing Ryanair UK Fleet of 737-800, Ryanair offers exceptional career opportunities and progression within the industry.

Duties

The successful candidate will report to the Duty Engineer and be responsible for:

1. Routine servicing and defect rectification of Ryanair’s 737-800 and 737-8200 Fleet.
2. Aircraft on Ground (AOG) recovery support.
3. Maintaining a safe and compliant working environment, adhering to all company procedures, policies and regulations.

Qualifications and Experience:

1. Aircraft Line Maintenance experience (Essential).
2. Boeing 737-NG/Max Family aircraft experience (Desirable).
3. Good IT Literacy (Essential), with AMOS Experience (Desirable).
4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (Essential).

All applicants must have unrestricted right to work and travel in the UK and hold a Full UK Driving Licence.
