Aircraft Component Technician

We are seeking a skilled Aircraft Component Technician to join our client Interior Lighting Division. This is a hands-on role focused on PCB electronic component repair down to discreet component level. You will be working on interior fluorescent and LED lighting systems, ensuring high-quality repairs and maintenance.

• Conduct PCB electronic repairs at a discreet component level.
• Work on interior fluorescent and LED lighting systems.
• Maintain high standards of engineering and workmanship.

• Previous aviation industry experience is preferred but not essential; we welcome candidates from other industries with transferable skills.
• Background in engineering with hands-on experience.
• Surface mount soldering skills (manual, not machine-based).
• A recognized engineering qualification is required.

• Competitive Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 (based on experience & qualifications).
• Holidays: 28 days per year (including bank holidays), with opportunities to earn additional leave.
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:30 (with a 30-minute lunch break).
