  3. Conduct in-depth market research to assess aircraft values, operational costs, and market trends.
  4. Negotiate purchase agreements, lease contracts, and financing terms with manufacturers, brokers, and sellers.
  5. Work closely with finance, legal, and operations teams to ensure seamless transactions.
  6. Oversee due diligence, inspections, and regulatory compliance throughout the acquisition process.
  7. Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including OEMs, leasing companies, and financial institutions.
  8. Develop and manage procurement budgets, ensuring cost-effective purchasing decisions.
  9. Maintain accurate records of transactions, contracts, and aircraft specifications.
  10. Provide strategic recommendations for fleet optimization and replacement planning.
  11. Utilize Excel to prepare detailed quotes, including assembly and part breakdowns.
  12. Identify and source rare or unavailable aircraft parts outside traditional platforms such as PartsBase/ILS.

Qualifications & Experience

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Aviation, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 10 years of experience in aircraft procurement, sales, leasing, or a related aviation role.
  3. Strong negotiation, financial analysis, and contract management skills.
  4. In-depth knowledge of aviation regulations (FAA, EASA) and aircraft financing structures.
  5. Familiarity with aircraft technical specifications, valuation methods, and maintenance considerations.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for vendor and stakeholder engagement.
  7. Ability to manage multiple procurement projects in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Experience working with airlines, charter operators, or aircraft leasing companies (rotary and fixed-wing).
  2. Certifications in aviation procurement.
  3. Proficiency in Aerotrack, Veryon, or other procurement software related to aircraft acquisition.
