Air Conditioning Supervisor

Our client, an established M&E Contractor based in Hertfordshire, is rapidly expanding their HVAC department. They are looking to bring an experienced Air Conditioning Supervisor with 6 years of knowledge to join the team. The ideal Supervisor will be based in North London. The Air Conditioning Supervisor will be working on the tools while supporting office/field-based work with the service manager, junior engineers, and apprentices, focusing on team development.

The Supervisor will be working across London and Hertfordshire, carrying out service and reactive work on split/multi-split, VRV/VRF, and air handling units. Reactive work will include a call-out rota with additional standby payment.

Air Conditioning Supervisor Job Overview

The Air Conditioning Supervisor role is to deliver maintenance, repair, and reactive services to a professional standard, supporting managers and engineers on technical escalation. In addition to supporting fellow engineers, they will provide technical support, warranty, troubleshooting, and consultancy to clients when attending sites.

Air Conditioning Supervisor Job Requirements

1. Refrigerant handling qualification (C&G 2079)
2. Minimum six years' experience in the field
3. A time-served apprenticeship or hold C&G Level 2 or equivalent

Air Conditioning Supervisor Salary & Benefits

£50,000 - £55,000 per annum, based upon experience
Overtime is regularly available, enabling you to potentially earn between £10,000 and £25,000 in extra income per year
8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday
1-8 call-out rota plus additional standby payment
23 days holiday plus bank
Company van and optional personal use
