Air Conditioning Service Engineer

FM Search & Select Ltd is seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Service Engineer to join a leading HVAC company covering the Central Belt of Scotland. This role is ideal for a skilled professional with a strong background in servicing, maintenance, and PPM of air conditioning systems across commercial and industrial sites.

Package:

1. £40,000 - £44,000 based on experience
2. Company vehicle & fuel card
3. Monday - Friday, full-time position
4. 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays

Responsibilities:

1. Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and servicing of air conditioning systems, including VRV/VRF, split systems, and chillers.
2. Respond to reactive maintenance and breakdowns, diagnosing and resolving faults efficiently.
3. Ensure all work is completed in line with industry regulations and health & safety standards.
4. Work across various commercial and industrial sites, delivering high-quality service.
5. Maintain accurate records of work completed and liaise with clients as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

1. Proven experience in servicing and maintaining air conditioning systems.
2. F-Gas Certification (Category 1) is essential.
3. Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, including fault-finding and repairs.
4. Ability to work independently and manage a service route across the Central Belt.
5. Full UK driving licence - ability to travel to client sites as required.
