Position: Air Conditioning Engineer
Location: Exeter
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum

Are you a skilled Air Conditioning Engineer looking for a new challenge within a leading Facilities Maintenance business?

We are recruiting on behalf of a prestigious FM client seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer. This role offers a competitive salary, generous benefits and opportunities for overtime.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on air conditioning systems.
  2. Diagnose and troubleshoot air conditioning issues.
  3. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  4. Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance.
  5. Collaborate with the FM team to provide excellent service.

Requirements:
  1. Fully qualified air conditioning engineer (F-Gas certification and relevant qualifications).
  2. Proven experience in air conditioning maintenance, preferably in the FM sector.
  3. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
  4. Up-to-date knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  5. Valid UK driving licence.
